MINNEAPOLIS, USA. February 11, 2019 – A collection of over 14,000 e-books from China Social Sciences Press—the publishing arm of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, China’s foremost think tank—is now online in the Chinese Social Science Library (CSSL) and available from East View.

Rich in content from authoritative authors from China’s most prestigious institutions, CSSL incorporates monographs published by China Social Sciences Press from 1978 to today. CSSL is updated approximately six times per year, with around 100 to 200 additions per update, with a total of about 1,500 new titles added per year.

CSSL’s online portal incorporates features essential to academic libraries, including EZProxy compatibility, full-text/full-image content, advanced and Boolean search options and organizational tools that enable browsing by theme, subject, and keyword among others features.
