East View will perform a Title Search on any publication, new or old, from the former Soviet Union, free of charge.

Serials Services
Serials Services at East View cover the full range of information requests from libraries. We provide free examination copies of many serials in our catalog, with the largest selection available anywhere. We also offer libraries "sample blanket orders", covering your specific areas of interest. Serials are delivered direct to your doorstep, via airmail, worldwide. We can supply back issues of publications, helping to fill gaps in your holdings at an affordable price. Serials Updates
Serials Updates from East View provide timely updates with changes to all the serials East View offers. Simply enter your e-mail address in the Serials Updates Registration page, and we'll send you updates by e-mail or fax.

Document Delivery
Fast and from anywhere, East View's Document Delivery service allows the customer to conveniently obtain the information of interest, without the inconvenience of having to search for sometimes difficult to find articles or other information. Microforms Services
Our Microforms Department has deep experience in fulfilling all types of microfilm requests, both big and small. East View is the largest mircofilmer in the world specializing in Russian/NIS serials, with hundreds of current serials in print. The highly acidic paper of most serials from this region makes microfilm replacement downright necessary, especially for newspapers.  Visit the Microforms Services page for more information.

Shipping & Delivery
Information about shipping and delivery is different for each product East View offers.  You can check the status of delivery of your serials by going to Dispatch Information This page contains information on all weeklies and monthlies, specifically when the latest issue was sent to your library, as well as the holiday schedules of central Russian newspapers.  Check the home pages of each product line for more information specific to shipping and delivery.

Delivery
East View uses the most secure means of delivering your subscription to your door. All subscriptions are sent via airmail worldwide from our offices in Moscow and Kiev. If your needs require, we also offer special delivery services, such as consolidated or expedited delivery.

Title Search
East View will gladly investigate, and try to acquire, any serial title you desire for your collection. Since we maintain the largest database of Russian / NIS / Eastern Europe serial titles in the business, in most cases your answer is already at our fingertips.

Translations
Many users of our document delivery services prefer to have their publications delivered in translation.  Translations at East View are fast and economical. For standard translation work, we charge $0.06 per word, and slightly more for urgent orders and technical translations. Citations and Abstracts
East View's Citations and Abstracts service allows us to supplement and maintain your databases for tracking various subjects covered in the Russian/NIS serials which we sell. Areas covered to date include aviation, aerospace sciences, and social sciences.

Electronic Delivery
Electronic Delivery from East View eliminates the waiting for your publications. We have an extensive Catalog of Online Publications, and are adding new ones all the time. As the leader in digital information from Russia and the NIS, our online serials service brings the information you need directly to your desktop in a full-text, searchable format.

Standards and patents
EVP supplies customers with government standards and patents from Russian and former Soviet Union countries. Due to the specialized nature of these documents East View offers the following options and pricing:

• The cost of supplying patents and standards is $10 + $1.25 per page (with a minimum charge of $25)
• Normal turnaround time is 10-14 business days. East View offers expedited delivery (48 hours) for a $100 surcharge.
• Delivery options include hard copy sent by airmail, UPS or FEDEX (costs vary by weight), PDF format sent as an email attachment or via FTP download if the file size is too large.
• English-language translation is available. We would be happy to supply you with a price estimate if needed.
