1.UDB of AAASS NewsNet Archive - NEW!

Over 45 years of Slavic studies scholarship news is available online through East View. AAASS NewsNet Digital archive includes the complete backfiles of the journal of the American Association for the Advancement of Slavic Studies (AAASS) from 1960 to present. It is one of the best electronic resources for documenting the evolution of Western scholarship in the fields of Slavic, Russian, Central European, and Eurasian Studies.

2.The Current Digest of the Post-Soviet Press (CDPSP) Digital Archive – NEW!

CDPSP Digital Archive is a massive English-language resource providing online access to news digests from the Soviet/Russian press from 1949 to 2006, including thousands of articles previously out of reach to most researches. With full-text searching and full-image browsing, the online archive opens new research possibilities. This archive creates a sweeping panoramic chronicle of the rise and fall of the Soviet Union and the emergence of Modern Russia.

3. UDB of Voprosy literatury: Complete Collection- COMPLETED!

A complete searcable digital archive of the influential, authoritative Russian journal of literary criticism and literature studies Voprosy literatury is available online from issue #1. This is a must-read title for researches inetersted in Russian history and literature. Famous for publishing selections from Russian writers prohibited during the Soviet period, it continues to this day and enjoys much-deserved popularity among Russian intelligentsia.

4. UDB of Vestnik Evropy. Archive – COMPLETED!

Finally, 1802-1830 issues of one of the first literary and political journals in Russia, Vestnik Evropy, are available online with Old (pre-revolutionary) Russian and normalized contemporary orthography text side by side. Together with literature and arts the journal enlightened its readers on problems of internal and foreign policy of Russia as well as history and political life of foreign countries. Nikolai Karamzin, the famous writer and historian, was its editor.
