Ordering Subscriptions can begin at any time, for anydesired subscription period, and on a standing order basis. Orders forsubscriptions can be started in 2-3 weeks. Priority handling is availablefor rush orders.
Discounts EVP offers volume discounts to all of our customers.
3-19 titles: 1 percent for each title (ex. 5 titles ordered = 5% discount)
20 or more titles: 20 percent discount
Claims Prevent gaps in your holdings with our full claimingservice. We will happily send a replacement for any issue up to one yearfrom the original date of publication. We are committed to resolving allclaims to the complete satisfaction of our customers.
Delivery EVP uses the most secure means of deliveringyour subscription to your door. All subscriptions are sent airmailworldwide. If your needs require, we also offer special delivery services,such as consolidated or expedited delivery.
Price Stability Due to the extreme volatility of the publishingworld in the Russian Federation and the CIS, all prices are subject tochange without notice. However, once an order is placed, EVP will not raiseits price for the duration of the subscription year.
Examination Copies EVP supplies free examination copiesof many periodicals in our catalog. We also offer "sample blanketorders." We can arrange to send you samples of new periodicals inthe subject areas of your choice.
Back Issues EVP supplies back issues of publicationsin our database. We can help you fill gaps in your holdings and supplysome special requests for a surprisingly affordable price. In many cases,if the original is not available, EVP may provide a xerographic, electronicor microform copy.
Title Search EVP will gladly investigate, and try to acquire,any periodical title you desire for your collection. Since we maintainthe largest database of Russian/CIS/Eastern Europe periodical titlesin the business, in most cases your answer is already at our fingertips.
MicroformEVP is the largest microfilmer in the world specializing in Russian/CISperiodicals, with hundreds of current periodicals in print. The highlyacid paper of most periodicals from this region makes microfilm replacementdownright necessary, especially for newspapers. In addition, EVP offersan unprecedented 50 percent co-subscription discount on the microform editionwith a paid subscription to the hard copy.
