East View recommends that Macintosh users access East View “Digital Archive” platform with the Safari browser (version 5.0 or higher). To use the Search feature within in PDF documents, Macintosh users will experience best results by opening files in a new window. Macintosh users who are using the Mozilla Firefox browser should use versions 3.0 - 3.6 with the PDF Plugin add-on, which can be downloaded here.
  (However, please note that the PDF Plugin for Macintosh is not supported in Firefox versions higher than 3.6). Macintosh users are not advised to use the Google Chrome browser for this product, as the search function within PDF documents is not available for the Macintosh.
