Now you can browse and purchase book titles in East View's online bookstore, EV Shop. We make your purchase over the Internet convenient and safe. Simply enter the title or author's name in the entry field, click on the "Go" button to find the items you're looking for, and proceed to check out. You can find not only current but also out-of-print books in EV Shop.

Discounts
East View offers discounts for orders of 5 or more titles and for bulk/quantity orders. Please inquire at books@eastview.com for details.

Shipping Costs and Delivery
Shipping and handling charges are $5 for the first item ordered and $2.50 for each additional item. Typically, order fulfilment averages 3-4 weeks from the time of order placement. If your order will be delayed or require longer for fulfillment, our staff will notify you and supply an anticipated date of delivery. RUSH service is available for delivery within 2-4 days via UPS. Minimum charges for RUSH delivery are $50 and may be higher depending upon the size and quantity of items ordered.

Bibliographic Searches
East View provides annotated bibliographies of books published in the former Soviet Union on a given topic for a given period. The charges for this service range from $1000 and up depending on the nature of the topic and the period to be covered. Bibliographic service charges must be prepaid in full. Return Policy
East View does not accept returns on firm orders/specific title orders unless an item is received in damaged condition or received in error. Approval plans and blanket-order returns must be received within 60 days of the invoice date to be credited.

Payment Terms
Customers may purchase many of our books online, through EV Shop, with payment by credit card. Customers may also print the Order Form and fax or mail it to us.
