We provide free examination copies of many serials in our catalog, with the largest selection available anywhere. We also offer "sample blanket orders", covering your specific areas of interest. Serials are delivered direct to your doorstep, via airmail, worldwide. We can supply back issues of publications, helping to fill gaps in your holdings at an affordable price. Finally, East View will gladly investigate, and try to acquire, any serials title you desire for your collection. Subscriptions Catalog
East View's Subscriptions Catalog provides quick access to the widest selection of publications from Russia and the NIS available anywhere. Check our Online Catalog to review over 5,000 serials provided by East View, or order our print catalog, which is published annually. You may also contact our Serials Department to obtain a customized catalog to suit your specific interests at periodicals@eastview.com. 

EVShop - Serials
East View's exclusive EV Find product search engine allows visitors to search the world'’s largest collection of materials from Russia and the NIS. You can search for any of our serials individually, or all products simultaneously for the widest number of matches. 

Ordering
Subscriptions can begin at any time, for any desired subscription period, and on a standing order basis. Orders for subscriptions are processed within 3-4 working days, shipping starts immediately, and in some cases even retroactively. Priority handling is available for rush orders. 

Discounts
East View offers volume discounts to all of our customers. Take one percent discount on each title for orders of 3-19 titles, and 20% off for orders of 20 or more titles. Bundle Discounts are also available for print + microfilm + online publications.

Claims
Prevent gaps in your library holdings with our full claiming service. We will happily send a replacement for any issue after 60 days and up to one year from the original date of publication. We are committed to resolving all claims to the complete satisfaction of our customers.

Delivery
East View uses the most secure means of delivering your subscription to your door. All subscriptions are sent via airmail worldwide from our offices in Moscow and Kiev. If your needs require, we also offer special delivery services, such as consolidated or expedited delivery.

Dispatch Information
You can check the status of your order by going to Dispatch Information.  This page contains updated information on all weeklies and monthlies, specifically when the latest issue was sent to your library, as well as the holiday schedules of central Russian newspapers.

Price Stability
Due to the extreme volatility of the publishing world in the Russian Federation and NIS, all prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is placed, East View will not raise its price for the duration of the subscription year.

Examination Copies
East View supplies libraries with free examination copies of many serials in our catalog. We also offer "sample blanket orders" - click Blanket Orders to learn more. We can also arrange to send you samples of new serials in the subject areas of your choice.

Back Issues
We supply back issues of publications in our database. We can help you fill gaps in your holdings and supply some special requests for a surprisingly affordable price. In many cases, if the original is not available, East View may provide a xerographic, electronic or microform copy.

Title Search
East View will gladly investigate, and try to acquire, any serials title you desire for your collection. Since we maintain the largest database of Russian and NIS serials titles in the business, in most cases your answer is already at our fingertips.

Serials Updates
East View's Serials Update service provides timely updates with changes to all the serials East View offers. Simply enter your e-mail address in our Serials Updates Registration Form, and we'll send you updates by e-mail or fax.

Document Delivery
Fast and from anywhere, East View's Document Delivery service allows the customer to conveniently obtain the information of interest, without the inconvenience of having to search for sometimes difficult to find articles or other information.
