Microforms from East View

East View's Microforms Department has deep experience in fulfilling all types of microfilm requests, both big and small. East View is the largest mircofilmer in the world specializing in Russian/NIS periodicals, with hundreds of current periodicals in print. We microfilm over 500 essential periodicals from Russia and the NIS on a regular basis, and are able to fill gaps in your library collection with archival quality positive silver halide microfilms and diazo or silver microfiche.  Click on our Microforms Catalog to browse titles and check prices on microform publications.

East View offers the world's largest collection of Russian security literature on microfiche. We also microfilm on a regular basis rare statistical publications and important works in the technical sciences. Please send your rare book requests to our microfilm department for a price quotation – most books start at $15.

Discounts are available on subscriptions of standing orders or as a bundling discount on subscriptions of the same title in two or more formats (micro + electronic and/or print).

Electronic + Microform Subscriptions

In addition to the lower cost of an electronic subscription, subscribers to East View Electronic Publications receive a 30% discount off the cost of the microform edition. That means that you can have an electronic and microform copy of a newspaper for about the same price that you are currently paying for the hard-copy.
