East View's Book Department cannot accept orders or
respond to status inquiries via telephone. Please contact us via e-mail,
fax or traditional mail so that we can assist you efficiently and effectively.

Shipping and handling charges are $5 for the first item ordered and $2.50 for each additional item. Typically, order fulfilment averages 3-4 weeks from the time of order placement. If your order will be delayed or require longer for fulfillment, our staff will notify you and supply an anticipated date of delivery. RUSH service is available for delivery within 2-4 days via UPS. Minimum charges for RUSH delivery are $50 and may be higher depending upon the size and quantity of items ordered. |

RETURNS POLICY
East View does not accept returns on firm orders/specific title orders unless an item is received in damaged condition or received in error. Approval plans and blanket-order returns must be received within 60 days of the invoice date to be credited. |

SEARCHES & SPECIAL
REQUESTS
East View offers both specific title searches for rare and older items, as well as subject searches to locate publications on a specified topic. Both types of search services require non-refundable deposits which are applied toward the cost of the search and can be applied toward any purchases made as a result of the search. Sorry, no discounts are available on search items of either type.
Subject searches require a minimum $250 non-refundable deposit. Required deposits may be greater depending upon the nature and scope of the subject. Please inquire if you have a specific request. |

East View also offers bibliographic services, providing annotated bibliographies of books published in the former Soviet Union on a given topic for a given period. Bibliographic service charges range from $1000 and up depending on the nature of the topic and the period to be covered. Bibliographic service charges must be prepaid in full. Please contact us for more information if you are interested in ordering a bibliography. |
